Refund policy

Return Policy: If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return:

1. Email info@somasoljewelry.com providing your name, order number, and reason for return.
2. You'll receive an email with further return instructions.
3. Please send the item back to the return address provided. 
   

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not accept returns on custom items. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Late Returns: Returns made after the 14-day period will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order.
